BIO: Eric Lidji is the director of the Rauh Jewish Archives at the Heinz History Center. He joined the archive in 2011, first as a volunteer, then as a consultant and for the past seven years as its director. He curates its websites “The Jewish Encyclopedia of Western Pennsylvania” and “The October 27 Archive.” He writes and speaks extensively about the Jewish history of Western Pennsylvania for local periodicals and organizations.
A film screening and discussion of Repairing the World: Stories From the Tree of Life, a public television film about Pittsburgh's powerful community response to the antisemitic attack at Tree of Life synagogue in 2018.
